Cindy Oliphant, MA, LPC-S, is a licensed professional counselor specializing in child, adolescent, marital and family issues in Rockwall, as well as the Dallas/Fort Worth area. With a Masters Degree in Counseling and a Bachelors Degree in Education, Cindy Oliphant is an experienced counselor and educator who understands the issues children, teens, families and marriages are currently facing.
Cindy Oliphant is an Advanced Trained Critical Incident Debriefer and offers trauma counseling to businesses, or anyone who has experienced a traumatic experience.
Cindy Oliphant is trained in Play Therapy which is vital when working with children. Children express themselves and feel free to talk when they are playing.
